From the Farm
Braai packs available on request. May include mutton, lamb, beef and other seasonal options. Availability varies throughout the year, so please get in touch to find out what's currently on offer.
For the fire
Wood can be ordered through the host before or during your stay, so there's always enough for a long evening around the braai.

Soon, guests will be able to pick their own seasonal vegetables and fruit straight from the farm garden. You'll be able to enjoy fresh ingredients harvested just moments before they reach your plate.

OUR STORY
Over the years, Wynand and Martelize have restored historic farm buildings, including the Plaashuis and Perdestal, while growing Mierkraal as a working farm, family home, guest destination, and the home of Martelize's ceramics and jewellery studio.
